All cargoes have individual or specific transportation requirements. The several types of containers used are specially geared to the requirements of different types of cargoes.
If it is your responsibility to ensure, that transportation requirements of your cargo are fulfilled, i.e. making sure the goods are packed and stowed in the right container, economically, safely and with quality controls.

The dimensions of the single containers may be slightly different, depending on the shipping line used. The maximum payload furthermore depends also on road regulation at the Country of Origin and Destination.
