decided on a final allotment of container terminal
concessions at the Deurganckdok under construction (for commissioning
mid-2005). Hesse-Noord Natie (PSA Corp) will get the entire western side and
P&O Ports all of the eastern part. Only in case one or both of these companies
would be under-utilising the new dock's 5.5 mn TEU capacity by 2007, APM
Terminals might be passed on a concession as yet. DL 09/03 refers.
